    We’ll educate you about your condition, teach you how to use assistive devices, and provide strategies to help you adapt your lifestyle so that you take an active role in your rehabilitation.

  • Helping you recover from surgery.

    We’ll help you alleviate post-surgical pain, reduce swelling, and aid healing through manual therapy, heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation, and light exercise targeted to rebuild muscle strength.

    We’ll help you stay mobile by restoring proper posture and movement mechanics through proprioceptive and balance training to improve stability, coordination, and gait.

  • Yes, our physical therapist offers both pre-habilitation before surgery and rehabilitation after surgery.

  • Physical Therapy services are offered in person at our private gym. Please contact us to check availability and schedule an appointment.

  • During your free consultation, we will discuss how to create a custom package that meets your goals and budget. We will then email you an invoice that you can pay online. At this time, we do not accept insurance for this service.
